The main ingredients of puff salad: it is canned fish, carrots and potatoes, but there are so many options for its preparation that everyone can experiment with tastes.

We spread 1-2 boiled potatoes, chopped on a grater, and add salt to taste. Decorate the topmost layer with yolks. We clean in the refrigerator.
7. With crab sticks
This tasty and simple salad has been decorating holiday tables for a long time along with the classic one. Its difference is that canned fish are not used for the dish.
Prepare all the ingredients: 200 g. crab sticks, 1 apple, hard cheese - 200 g, onions, mayonnaise, 100 g plums. oils. Boil 5 eggs until cooked.
We rub all products on a grater and arrange them on different plates (yolks are separate from proteins). First, fill the bottom of the salad bowl with proteins, then - put the cheese on them, then butter (freeze it in advance so that it is easily rubbed on a grater), onion.
